Cancellation Policy
Payment: Cash and card, including klarna/affirm/afterpay! Card has a fee, ATM available in plaza.
50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit is the base minimum of your service. Any additional bowls or add-on services will be adjusted at checkout.
Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Same day no shows without notice result in the card on file being charged the remaining 50% of the balance of the base service.
Tardiness any appointment later than 15 minutes must be rescheduled to another day.
